Return Policy and Return Form

We hope you are 100% happy with your purchase. If, however, you wish to return your item(s), please contact us within the first 7 days of delivery. You can return unused goods with all original packaging and accessories within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund. We aim to process all refunds within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your item(s) and a refund will be applied to your original method of payment. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the returns shipping costs or any customs duty that may have been incurred.

Due to hygiene reasons, please note we are unable to accept returns for earrings unless faulty.

If your item(s) is faulty, please email us prior to returning your package with details of the fault to info@embellishedtruth.com
